Secure your adventure: To guarantee your journey with us, all charters need to be arranged at least 7 days before the booking date. You can secure your booking with a 20% deposit or pay the balance in full.
Final touches: We ask that the remaining balance be settled no later than 2 days prior to your departure, ensuring everything is smooth sailing for your adventure.
Guided by the weather: Your safety and enjoyment are paramount. We closely monitor the weather and may adjust plans if certain experiences are not possible due to the conditions. We’ll advise you on whether your planned experience is suitable and offer alternatives where possible.
With notice: If you need to cancel more than 14 days before your departure, only your deposit will be retained, and the remaining 80% payment is not due. If you have paid in full, a 20% charge will apply and we will return the remaining balance to you within 14 days.
Closer to departure: Cancellations made fewer than 14 days before departure will require full charter fee payment, as we may not be able to fill your reserved spot on such short notice.
Weather woes: If Mother Nature isn’t on our side and we deem conditions unsafe or just not enjoyable, you’ll have the option to pick a new date or receive a full refund, deposit included.
On us: On the rare occasion we have to cancel for reasons beyond the weather (such as unexpected maintenance), you’ll have the choice to reschedule or receive a complete refund.
Your flexibility: If you want to change your booking date, please let us know at least 14 days before your original departure and we’ll help you adjust with no extra charge, subject to availability.
If you’re late to your booking: If you’re late for any reason, your charter boat will wait for you until you’re ready. Please note that your planned end time will not change.
We have calculated the cost of our charters based on expected fuel usage. If you wish to deviate from the route, we may require an additional fuel surcharge to cover the extra mileage. This will only happen in very rare circumstances, and your skipper will advise you on the day of your booking if he expects any changes to the route will incur additional charges.
